Thank you for your tears...
I cried for you today... for you and for me. I cried with you and for you... because of you. I cried alongside of you and within the depths of you... for I understand the cross you bare. I feel you... I see you in me and I recognize that pain. I am sorry you are going through this... I UNDERSTAND AND I LOVE YOU. I and here for you and will never leave your side. You are capable of learning through this experience and doing something grand with it. I believe in you and feel for you. It is faith that frees me to trust in this hardship and reconcile with my demons as well as yours. We are one and we are ok even as imperfect as it all may seem... we make mistakes, you and I. We fall and we can rise... we feel and we grow. I cry for you today because I love you and I feel what you are feeling. I may not always agree or condone but my love for you is loyal and unconditional. My love for you is worthy and deserving. I am confident in saying this: my love for you is from the love I have for me. It is only from the depths of my soul that I can cry for me that I can cry for you. It is my truth I wear proudly; therefore I can accept yours with grace and compassion. My tears I shed with you are those I have generously cried alone, for I understand and love you because I understand and love me. We are no different regardless how our paths may appear. We are all trying to get to the same place in life called PEACE... LOVE... and HAPPINESS.
Give yourself permission to let go of fear and hold onto faith. Cry for someone TODAY and if that someone is you, be real...be gentle...be fair to all that you endure in a day and give yourself some credit. No one will understand you better than you. When you can truly be present with all of what that is, you feel those tears emerge. The kinds of tears that break you open in ways that provide humility...compassion...and grace; the kinds of tears that silence you and allow you to hold space with another. Wisdom comes from life experiences and sometimes advice is opinionated, judgmental and controlling to those that are unpracticed... fearful... and scared. Tears for you and for me are the strength I realize. That is the most one can offer as a pillar of courage, compassion and nobility. The sincerest form of integrity and a symbol of one who has been broken open by life and is braving it all.
THANK FOR YOUR TEARS...
and...Exhale-
