What are you feeding...Fear or Love?

You are what you eat.  So, food for thought...What's eating you?  Our five senses help us digest the world's elements and energy.  Think about it...what you see, smell, taste, feel, and hear affects your every being.   So, I encourage you to release all that doesn't easily digest, both emotionally and physically.   Embrace and savor the sweet bliss and spice of life.  It will change your appetite and have you craving for the abundance your soul  desires.  Life is as yummy as you make it so why not make it delicious?! 

FEED your Soul...with all that honors you and enjoy the delight in what nourishes one's spirit!

Find time each and every day to be with yourself...bow you head and feel.  Draw in the light...feel gratitude and receive.   It is only in the quiet moments within our own sacred space that we can find what we need...hear the answers and feel the depths of your heart.  Everything tastes more authentic when we are "home."

Soul food of the month 

Recipes:

Raw Chocolate Dessert

Ingredients

1 cup raw nuts of your choice (walnuts, hazelnuts)
1/3 cup raw cocoa powder
1/3 virgin coconut oil
1/3 cup agave syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Use a food processor for best results.

1. Grind nuts into a fine powder
2. Slowly mix in cocoa
3. Mix in coconut oil
4. Mix in vanilla
5. Mix in agave and taste for sweetness
6. Mix until gets thicker
7. Pour/spatula out mixture into flat square or rectangular pan
8. Flatten the top with spatula to smooth out
9. Sprinkle top with cocoa powder and drizzle with agave
10. Refrigerate for a couple of hours to harden
11. Cut into bars with a knife and enjoy
