What's on your shopping list this week?
Make a list of all the things you want...and desire. What are your dreams, goals, and desires? Write it all down like a shopping list. Nothing is too big or over the top for this list. Nothing.
Now, once you've made that list, make a promise to yourself to shop each week for all the ingredients necessary to make you the best person possible. Take time and invest quality substance in your every day to ensure you are facing the direction that is going to take you in the "Right" direction for YOU. Having the right ingredients and facing the right direction is fuel to get you going. It’s up to you then, to start the ignition and GO!
No one will take better care of you than you...so acknowledge your needs and go get what you want in life. Make it a habit like writing a grocery list, to take inventory of what’s needed regularly so that you ALWAYS are prepared to make things happen for yourself.
